The 3050 square foot Olivia III Model is our popular Olivia Model with a bit of embellishment on space and interior features. Not only is the family room and kitchen space expanded but a beautiful coffered ceiling and elegant pillars are added in the family room. The breakfast nook becomes a breakfast room/sunroom with a standard slider or optional french doors. If you are in need of a place for a third vehicle or just a place to stash the children's bikes then the three car garage this model offers is a must.

It was a challenge to improve the already optimal second floor of this home; but we managed it with the addition of a third private bath in the enlarged fourth bedroom and the rearrangement of the second bath to a buddy bath shared by the second and third bedroom. The enlarged laundry is a welcomed expansion and the owner's suite and bath have been enlarged with a second walk-in closet added. This is a perfect sized home for a growing family.
